In 2005, San Francisco Circuits initially met with Dalmatech with the objectives of launching our business in a very short amount of time. Applied Ceramics has been in a professional relationship with Dalmatech since 2003. Our experiences have been uplifting and have included all services that Dalmatech offers: IT Support and Integration, Web/Print Design, Web Programming and Software Programming.

Our entire company operates under software which was custom built by Dalmatech, including: Accounting, Purchasing, Production, Sales and all other Operations. This has allowed for remote abilities and played an enabling role in expanding our operations to Europe where now the entire company: USA, Europe, Taiwan and Japan, all operate on the same platform.

Dalmatech has also designed and programmed our website. It includes built-in web tools for us to administer the site’s content in addition to a built-in multi-language module.

In March, 2006, we gave Dalmatech the challenge of moving our IT infrastructure as we relocated our business. Dalmatech achieved a seamless transition with zero downtime. The task was worry-free from our standpoint and in addition, we are now 100% VoIP (Voice over IP) which has led to a savings of approximately $65,000 per year, thanks to Dalmatech’s vision and abilities.

Saset Group’s subsidiary company engaged Dalmatech a few years ago to support our Internet platforms. Like so many high-technology start-up companies, we recognized that to become more effective in-house and—more important—responsive to our customers, Saset needed a centralized, seamless communications system, one that integrated interior communications with those to, and between, our portfolio companies. With over 600 furniture sets and thousands of products, Royal Designs faced a website back-end challenge to organize its product offerings.  Turning to Dalmatech with this challenge, we had Dalmatech implement its popular dSAP (Dalmatech Site Administration) Web Application Platform to power our website and manage all the content, including those numerous product offerings.
